We cannot read, store, or review this information.

ATTN does not collect or store:

• Full email bodies or attachments
• Message contents (iMessage, Slack, or otherwise)
• Calendar descriptions or attendee lists
• Passwords for connected services
• Private files or documents

Your connected accounts are used only to surface insights and summaries for you, on your device.

3. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT

We collect only the minimum information required to operate the product and provide subscriptions.

Account Information:

• Email address
• Name (if provided)
• Account ID
• Subscription status (plan, trial, billing state)

Usage Metadata:

• App version
• Feature usage (e.g., whether a feature is enabled)
• Error logs and performance diagnostics

This information does not include your personal content.

4. AI PROCESSING & THIRD-PARTY APIS

ATTN may use third-party AI APIs to generate summaries or insights.

Important clarifications:

• Content used to generate AI summaries is processed only for your benefit
• We do not store or retain the underlying content
• We do not review or access this content ourselves
• AI providers process data transiently according to their own privacy and security policies

We never sell or train models on your personal data.

5. CONNECTED ACCOUNTS & INTEGRATIONS

When you connect services such as email, calendar, Slack, or messaging:

• Connections are used solely to surface priorities and summaries
• We do not store raw content on our servers
• Access is limited to what is necessary for functionality

Disconnected or inactive integrations are not processed.

6. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store:

• Credit card numbers
• Bank account details

We receive only subscription status and billing confirmation.

7. DATA SHARING

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data. We may share limited information only when required:

• To process payments
• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect the security or integrity of ATTN

8. DATA RETENTION

• Account and subscription data is retained while your account is active
• You may request deletion of your account at any time
