ATTN provides summaries and insights for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or outcomes from using the Service.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To use ATTN, you must create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and current

You agree not to share your account or allow others to access it.

4. CONNECTED SERVICES

ATTN allows you to connect third-party services.

By connecting a service, you authorize ATTN to access and process data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not own, control, or endorse third-party services, and we are not responsible for their availability, security, or behavior.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS & TRIALS

Some features of ATTN require a paid subscription.

If you start a trial:

• You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges
• If not canceled, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Pricing and plan features may change with notice.

6. PAYMENTS

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

We do not store your payment information.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge applicable fees through the payment provider.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Circumvent subscription or usage limits

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business use.

9. TERMINATION

You may cancel your account at any time.

• Your subscription lapses or is canceled

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
